Add Ringtones Palm Centro

Palm Centro Ringtones?

I just got a palm centro and i want to add a MP3 file as a ringtone. I have the exact trimmed file ready to go i just need to send it. I do not have an SD card, and do to my location i cannot get one for at least 4 weeks. If there is any way to put this file on the centro and use it as a ringtone, i would be very happy to hear about it.
