How to download free ringtones to Lg Swift?

I just recently bought an LG Swift through Alltel wireless, and for some reason can’t download ringtones from sites like FunForMobile.com. I dont know what the problem is but it will only let me download QCP which are recorded ringtones and sound aweful. I dont want to pay for ringtones ( its bad enough paying for ringbacks ), so what is the problem why it wont work?
Also does anybody know where to get free mP3 full song downloads for free on LG Swift?
Somebody please help. Im sorry I ever bought this phone.
