Cingular Motorola Ringtones V220

ringtones to my phone?

My cell phone (Motorola V220) and my wife’s (LG L1400) both do not have internet connectivity as part of our plans (Cingular service). Is there a way to download ringtones to my computer and transfer them to our phones without the phone itself having to connect to the internet? I have a cable that can go from computer to phone.
Thanks for the websites but I only really needed to know if I could transfer them from PC to phone if phone not internet capable.
