Composer Format Ringtones

Anyone know where to find mp3 to midi conversion software? That’s mp3 TO midi.?

I am a composer and wish to use my own songs as ringtones for a RAZR. RAZR only accepts .mid as ringtone format. I convert my fiinished work to mp3 and as such cannot use them for ringtones.
I require this software to be compatible with a Mac – OS X

The RAZR is capable of both mp3 and MIDI ringtones. I have over 15 on mine as of this moment (mp3′s), along with a few MIDI’s since their smaller in size.

Try Motorola Phone Tools for creating/transferring ringtones.
