Downloading to Bell cell phone?

Are there any CANADIANS, with a BELL MOBILITY cell phone who know how to download ringtones to their cell that aren’t from bell mobility? I am trying to download ringtones from free sites but i think they have disabled the download function in the browser. I have had no problems with Rogers, but this is the 3rd bell phone i have that will not accept free ringtones and pictures. I am currently using a Samsung u740 if it makes a difference. Thanks

I would recommend getting a data cable from ebay for your Samsung since the download feature is disabled.. Make sure u get software as well..
