How do I download onto my HTC touch?

I recently bought an HTC touch from bell and wnet to their wbesite to download games and ringtones. But I can’t fior the life of me figure out how to do it. My phone model isn’t listed in the downloads section and there are no links on my new phone as there have been on past phones I’ve had. Help!
