anyone else have problems downloading ringtones with a telus predaid cell phone?

hi everyone. i have a telus banter prepaid cell phone. when i download ringtones off the telus website it tells me that i have to go to my vault to get my ringtones. well i checked my phone and my account onlilne but there is nothing about a vault and i can’t seem to find the ringtone anywhere. it tells me on my account that i have downloaded it but i can’t seem to find it anywhere. i have even went to the telus store and they can’t seem to find it either. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if anyone knows how to find the ringtones. i also live in canada. thanks.
