Are there any sites where I can LEGALLY convert an iTunes song into a ringtone for my cellular phone?

I looked at mytinyphone.com and myxer.com, but it’s really ridiculous! It’s telling you that you can make your own ringtones from an mp3 file, but if you use anything copyrighted- it’s illegal! So what is it trying to get at? Their ABOUT US and TERMS & CONDITIONS pages DON’T HELP AT ALL, because I’m only 15 and I don’t understand a word they’re saying! When i see that you can’t use anything copyrighted, then I guess you can’t really use any songs, right?! Can you help me understand the point of these sites and if there is any legality to them? Also, I’ve seen software (at Target) that was like $10 and you can convert any mp3 file into a ringtone for your phone. Is THAT legal? Because I may as well just buy it instead of trying to figure out all of this copyright stuff. 10 points to the first person who answers all of my questions to my satisfaction.

There are no legal sites to do this, but google qtfairuse and it’ll give you a way.

If you want to this legally(I think this is legal), burn the song to a cd and then rip (import it) into itunes as an mp3. The copy protection will be gone and you can put it on your phone.
