Is there any website that you can download free ringtones for a cell phone?

I cant find a website that can dowload free ringtones, if there is any.
I don’t want websites that involve going to the internet on my phone.

Yes, this is legal, since you create the ringtones yourself from your own music (you can also use youtube audio).

I know this may seem too good to be true, but it is really not! Yes, it takes more effort than clicking and typing mindlessly, but it is sooo worth it!

I don’t know why anyone would ever purchase ringtones after they knew about this!
And if you don’t feel up to making your own ringtones, Ventones legal ringtones that you can download. Ventones purchased the ringtones, and all you have to do to get them is to refer to Ventones somewhere on the internet and send them the link. Just like I am doing right now. Easy as that.
