Free Cingular Ringtones Voices

Verizon Wireless being the dumb ****?

Is it me, or do people think that Verizon is being greedy when they don’t allow any flipping ringtone for free?! I find this to be greedy and refuse to buy and ringtone from them until they stop the nonsense. I used to like when I could use my own voice records as my ringtone for certain people, but now you can only use the ones the phone comes with or BUY them. You cannot send anything to the phone and use it as a ringtones. If they do not change this dumb rule I will go with Cingular or another company when my contract is up as I simply want to record Sound Effects. Now they think they’re going to loose a ton of money (not that they’re going to go bankupt ever) if you’re allowed to use any sound for free!! Isn’t this dumb and annoying?! 3 bucks for an 8 second long ringtone when iTunes is a full song for 99 cents. What gives?!
