Free Ringtones Dadamobile

Anyone have information on how to contact Dadamobile?

They seem to have cut off their Customer Service perhaps because of the complaints they have. I just noticed that I get charged $9.99 by this fradulent company when they promised me 10 free ringtones and I am afraid I’ll finally cancelled after 30 days once I figured out why my bill payment was so high. I want my money back from their service, but they leave hardly any contact info and when I send them mail from their contact page, they dont accept email. What kind of company is this? How can I file a complaint against them?
Yea the middle part was screwed. It should have read that I’m afraid I’ll get charged for July, August, and September because I initially got charged on July 18 and I cancelled the 22nd once I reviewed my bank statement noting that I got charged $97 by Verizon and that seemed odd because it should only be in the $80s.
That would be the 22 of August that I finally cancelled.

“To unsubscribe by SMS, text STOP to 63232 and your subscription will be cancelled immediately.
If you are Cingular text STOP ALL to 63232 and your subscription will be cancelled immediately.”

Here is some more detailed information on how to cancel service and contact them (from here: http://us.dadamobile.com/inc/us/terms.html) :

“You can do this by (i) sending a text message with the text “END”, “STOP”, “QUIT”, “CANCEL”, UNSUBSCRIBE” from your registered wireless or mobile device via SMS to our short number, 63232 (or such other short number as we designate on our Website) or (ii) call our customer service representatives at 1-888-214-0381 or (iii) send us an email at info@dadamobile.com.”

And, by doing a WHOIS search on the domain I was able to pull up this info which may or may not be the owner of that “company”:

And, by doing a search on the BBB’s website (Better Business Bureau) I was able to find out YOU’RE not the only person who’s been burned by this shady company. Apparently, their CEO is Max Pelligrini. See above on how to reach him and his company. Your best bet is to also file a complaint with the BBB, your phone company, and ultimately law inforcement if no action is taken by the “company” to redeem themselves. Good luck!
