“serial profile” mode for bluetooth will allow you to connect your phone to your computer wirelessly (if your computer does not already support bluetooth, you need to buy a bluetooth adaptor, which shouldn’t be more then $20 at best buy or some other electronics retailor).
Once you’ve set up a connection using your phone’s “serial mode profile” you should be able to upload and download files using any modern pc or mac

*Important*
your phone does not support mp3′s. the only ringtones it supports is melody tone ringers, like midi files.
I don’t know if you can upload midi files to your phone, you may have to convert them first. do some research on google
