Free Ringtones Under 300kb

where a good place to download free and make ringtones under 300kb?

ok i have a nokia E71? and i can have ringtones but everytime i get one there over 300kb and have to be 300kb or less is there a website i can down load them from or make them for under that??
oh and can it be free and no hidden cost so i can just like save the file i made and then just uploaded it to my computer and move it to my phone?
