Can i get a refund for sprint ringtones?

Ok so i got like 5 ringtones for free for my sprint phone using promo codes. The only problem is that they charge you for the first bill after you buy them but then they credit it back to you in the next 1-2 bills. My dad will most likely get mad even if I tell him we will get it credit back. It was all legit cause i did it on sprint.com. Anyway i can like give them back. If i delete them do they charge you?
