How do I get pictures from my Juke phone onto my computer?

This is the second time i’ve asked this. The juke has the dumbest memory storage system throughout the history of cell phones. One memory slot holds all of its music and the other memory slot holds messages, contacts, pics, recent calls, ringtones, and anything else. I have a USB connector but thats only compatible with the music memory slot. I read on the verizon website that the only way to move the pic is by selecting options and select ‘Send to PIX Place’. Then supposedly go to VZWpix.com and save the pictures I sent. I entered VZWpix in my browser and its not a site that pertains to saving pics sent from my phone. Its so stupid that something that seems as simple as moving pics from phone to PC can be so difficult. How am I supposed to get my phone pics onto my computer?
