How do I create personalised ringtones on my phone?

I have a sony ericsson w910i and I would like to have personalised ringtones for my friends, but don’t know how. Is it possible on my phone?
(I thought it would because it was pretty expensive)

I’m not sure about that particular phone, but myxer.com has a ton of awesome (and FREE) ringtones that you can send yourself in texts or send to an email. They are compatible with a lot of different service providers and phone types, but all you can really do to make sure that it includes yours is to go to the site, sign up (for free), and just check it out. I hope this is helpful, because that’s where I get all my ringtones from!
