Iphone Ringtones Garageband

iPhone custom ringtone~I need HELP?

Ok i made a custom ringtone (i tried garageband and just using itunes)….i did EVERYTHING right i read like 30 pages on google and made sure (under 30 seconds, m4r format, deactivating, reactivating, EVERYTHING) it shows up under ringtones in itunes and say “syncing” but wont be in my iphone. Some of them go into my “ipod” library. I have succesfully synced one, but it was like 3 weeks ago and i am doing everything the same and it wont sync into the ringtones on my iphone!!!! this is driving me CRAZZZYY someone pleaseee help.
