Iphone Ringtones M4r

Problem with iPhone ringtones?

I ‘ve converted some mp3s to m4r in order to be used on my iPhone 3GS but only 2 songs appeared in my iPhone as ringtones but not the rest of the songs. Does anybody know why this is happening?
Thanks so much Nick. I’ve tried to reduce the length of the ringtones and it works now!!

It could be that some of them just are either too long to be converted into ringtones or they are invalid. Id check out cydia if your iphone is jailbroken, there is a good selections of 1400 free ringtones
