Make Ringtones Louder

How do you make ringtones from MP3s?

I want the whistling song from Kill Bill , but it sounds really quiet-can I make it louder at all(please dont say turn up the volume ,you scamps.)
I said no volume control advice you bastard!

upload the song from the computer to your phone. Find the mp3 on your phone go to options and set it as a ringtone.

if its not loud enough you could try going to your profile settings and turning the ringing volume up
