Does Ringophone work with a T-Mobile Sidekick LX?

I bought the Ringophone service to download mp3 ringtones. Ringophone sends a text message to my phone with a link to a site to download the ringtone, however, the web browser in my phone won’t access the sites. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I do have full internet service on my phone, so I didn’t expect this problem. Thanks.

T-Mobile and Danger have restricted ringtones from any source other than the download catalog. You must pay for them.
