T-Mobile Shadow PC Connection Problems?

I have had my T-Mobile Shadow for a couple weeks now, and I’m already having problems with it. If I try to go to the task manager, the phone will freeze, so I have to turn it off and back on. If I try to connect it to my laptop, my laptop will say it’s connected but the phone won’t, or the other way around. And now, (the newest problem) if I try to go to the folder where all my pictures, music, ringtones, etc. for my phone is, it will just be a blank screen on my computer. Help???

Try doing a master reset on the phone (all data will be erased) or restore your phone back to factory settings and that might help otherwise take your phone back to from where you’ve bought it and let them look into the issue.,
