Samsung touch phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

So I have the t-mobile behold.. just got it pretty much. Everything seems to be set right with the ringtones.. but the ringtones and text alerts still start out soft and then automatically go loud, how do I fix that? there’s a setting that sets it to graduallly get louder but it’s not on that.. what do I do, it’s really annoying!

If its the Samsung Star, I think I can help you. Click on Menu, go to Settings, phone profiles, chose a profile, click on call alert type. You can chose a regular melody, raising melody, vibration, vibration then melody, vibration and melody, vibration and raising melody, and finally mute. Hope it helps!
