Can i download ringtones from myxertones.com if i have a centennial wireless motorola razr? Will I be charged? I can text but dont have the web on my phone. thanks for the help

If you don’t have the web you will not be able to download ringtones. Myxertones sends the online link directly to your phone and if you do not have the internet you cannot retrieve it. Sorry.
