Motorola Ringtones True Tones

help me get tones from my computter to my phone please?

Ok i have motorola phone tools that i got from a buddy, dont have the official motorola data cable but do have a mini usb cable that hooks up to my phone. i cant get the computer to pick up my phone in the my computer folder, but it lites up like its going to charge.
So my aunt just bought me the usb bluetooth device and i downloaded wave pad.
someone please help me figure out how to use something here,i’m getting frustrated.
I have a razr v3a. i want to know how to get my ringtones that i create on to my phone with one of these programs in combination with one of these transfer devices. if it matters i have bluegrass cellular service. also is it true that once i get motophone tools working i can unlock and get rid of the factory ring tones and pics?
