Motorola Tracfone Ringtones

Does anyone know how can i get free ringtones to my Tracfone Motorola W376g?

I had tried www.ventones.com but when it is time to download the ring-tone to my cell phone a message comes out and says object too large so I tried this website too www.myxer.com and the same message comes out.

As far as I can tell you can only download ring tones from www.tracfone.com. You cannot transfer over the USB port and the data service only works with Tracfone services.

I recommend using the Tracfone site to download ring tones and graphics. You can connect your phone to Tracfones data service by just touching the Globe Icon, but it is super slow and you will waste a lot of airtime units and probably get error messages and have to redo it all over (maybe it is just me since I live kind of in the middle of nowhere). What I found to be cool is that you can use your your airtime units to pay for the ring tones and graphics.

Since this phone has double minutes for life, I suggest making an account at the Tracfone website and sign up for the 100 minute value plan. With this plan, you get 90 days every month plus 100 minutes every month. But since this phone has double minutes, you will get 200 minutes a month instead of the normal 100. This will only cost you $20 a month.

And make sure you double check what ring tone you are downloading. Many songs have two versions, the Polyphonic and Music Tone (or True Tone or something like that). If you want the actual song, select Music tone (or whatever it is called), but if you want music that sounds like it was created on a electric keyboard, then select polyphonic (not all Tracfones can use Music tones, but the Motorola W376g can). There is a sample icon next to each song so you know which version you like best.
