Free 3gp Videos Ringtones

Is there a free software to transfer my ringtones to my phone (Samsung T509) via cable?
I bought a cheap cable to connect my computer to my phone. Is there free or cheap ($10 or less, maybe) software that is compatible, so I can transfer ringtones & wallpaper? My phone isn’t WAP enabled, so I can’t use website services to download my ringtones. I don’t have bluetooth on my computer either.
- I have used Samsung PIM & Filemanager 2.0, but it sees my ringtone (.3gp, the only format that works on my phone with great quality) as a video rather than a sound. So i can only upload it as a video, which cannot set as a ringtone. I can only transfer wallpaper (.gif & .jpg) with no hassle.
- Mobiledit! is great, but my free trial ended and $25 is too much.
