Can I download music ringtones to my Verizon Palm Treo 700p?
I’m having a lot of trouble figuring this out – does this phone not have that capability?

I believe it does. What you should be able to do is to plug it in with the sync cable… and bring a mp3 over that way, save it in the ring tone area, and go from there..
