Put Ringtones Samsung Instinct

Samsung Instinct S30. I can not get ringtones onto my phone. I have tried everything.?

I have a Samsung Instinct s30. I can not get ringtones onto my phone. Everytime that I put them onto my phone they always go to the My Music folder. They will not go into my tones where I have to have them to be able to use them as a ringtone. I tried changing them from mp3 to wav, and they still go to my music and not my tones so that doesn’t work either. I tried downloading the sprint media manager, but that doesn’t let drag and drop files from one folder to my tones? Does anyone know anything else to do? ALSO, how do I sent songs using bluetooth on this phone. I know how to do it for photos, but not songs/ringtones. Thanks for anyone who helps.
I have used that site. Everything goes into my music folder. My fiances phone, which is on the same plan, they can get ringtones. They have a blackberry through sprint.
I use zedge. I love zedge. I can get them on my phone, but they won’t go into my ringtones folder. Only into my music. I have unlimited internet on my phone.
