How to putt ringotnes on samsung sgh x520 via usb/data cable?

is there a certain program i can use to create ringtones compatible with the samsung x520 and send it using a data cable? i have qcp converter and bitpim that i used for a samsung phone before, but i think i would have to use a different program for the x520 . No text methods please
