Can I send ringtones to my Motorola Razr V3 from my computer without a cord [T-Mobile]?

I have a Motorola Razr V3 and I wanted to know if I can send ringtones through my e-mail and if I can how to do it. I have had a friend send me ringtones but I want to send them through my e-mail without a USB cord.
