Ringtones Alltel Samsung Delve

How can I get free ringtones without using the mobile phone’s browser?

I have the Samsung Delve (Alltel) and as most Delve users know we are not allowed to download off the phone’s mobile browser. Where can i get ringtones sent DIRECTLY to my phone via MMS message (multimedia message). I have tried phonezoo,ventones,myxer, and all the other web sites that have a link sent to your phone or dont support the Delve at all, so please dont say those websites.

i have an alltel and a sprint phone,
