Ringtones Applications For Iphone

can you download an aim application for the apple iphone?

i have a sidekick right now and im gonna switch to an iphone soon. i want to know if theres an aim application you can download on the iphone. note that i will be switching to cingular and the iphone im going to get will NOT be unlocked. it will be just as it is regularly. also can i get a list of games or applications downloadable on the iphone? and as for ringtones, can you set your own music as ringtones or do you have to buy them?
