Ringtones Available From Alltel

Where do I find software for USB data transfer cable for my LG Scoop (AX260)?

I just bought the new LG Scoop (AX260) from Alltel. I purchased a USB data transfer cable off of e-bay, but cannot find any software to install on my computer so that I can sync my computer and my phone to transfer ringtones I have made to my phone. Does anyone know if this software is even available (it’s a new phone) and if so, where I can download it. Please let me know!!!

I would try bitmin.org. I’ve heard that it works but haven’t tried it myself as I don’t have the connection cables.
