Want VZW tones deluxe, but verizon won’t let me download. look here.?

Okay, so I have verizon and an alias. i go to get it now, get new ringtones, get new app, then it says unable to verify your account information, please contact customer serivce. whats this and how can i fix that to make it so i can download ringtones, and this happens with downloading any app on get it now.

there are many problems that could have occured:

you didn’t have service.
whoever manages your account has downloads blocked.
your using a prepaid phone.
your phone is damaged.

you can try this: dial *228. sometimes it helps for random stuff.

you can also check your account online at verizonwireless.com to see if you have downloads blocked.

if you still can’t do it, contact customer service at (800) 922-0204

btw, ive had verizon wireless for four years and have had an alias for a year.
