Ringtones One Time Purchase
AT&T internet/network problem/error?
My friend has AT&T and we were trying to download new ringtones (he only has one and I’m getting sick of hearing it) and it keeps saying there is an error with the internet address. Problem is, it’s the phone that has it preset as far as I know as we went to purchase ringtones and just hit send. When I look at the web address it will let me delete it but it doesn’t keep it that way, it reverts back. Tried going onto the internet directly and it won’t do it.
Any suggestions, advise, etc? Or do I need to force him to go into the AT&T store and have them fix it or figure it out? I’m not savy on AT&T and how their internet works (I have Verizon) but apparently he did download one ring tone once upon a time about 8 months ago and that was the last time he did anything with the internet, the stores on AT&T’s phones, etc.
Oh, and his phone is a Razr V3XX.

If you’re willing to do this for him, I’d go to AT&T’s website and hunt around their database. If you can’t find a solution to their problem, they have a live chat tech support where you can report your problems, and they will walk you through it.
