I’m getting weird phone calls and text messages?

For like the past two months, I’ve been receiving these calls (I don’t answer them) and I always get the same voicemail saying “I need to talk to you about a personal matter…” and it’s some like operator/computer voice. And I’ve also been getting weird texts it’s usually from a number like 3701.

idk……… maybe some1 hacked into ur phone or something like dat.. but keep ignorig them and if they still bug u try to go to ur phone company and tell them to try to block the numbers or ppl sending u thoes things..
