How do you put ringtones into a palm Treo 755p through a USB!?

I would like to know how you put ringtones into a Plam Treo 755p throught with a usb cord. I Do not have a memory card and dont have Internet access on my phone. Also a Site I can download it for free!

My dad owns the same phone and the way i figured out how to put ringtones was by getting a memory card and getting a program called Minitones

it selects the mp3s you upload on to the card and then sends them to your media to select them as ringtones.
