Ringtones Preston And Steve

PLEASE HELP THIS IS FRUSTURATING!!How do i add ringtones to my enVtouch?

I downloaded several rintones from preston and steve and i have a bunch of mp3 songs but I can’t figure out how to set anything other that the ringtones that come pre-set into the phone
