Ringtones Qpc

how do I post ringtones on my web site?

I have a qpc file on my website. However when I compose a message with the url to the file it doesnt download as a ringtone.
I have a ringtone file for the sprint network (QCP) I want to be able to compose a SMS message to my sprint cell phone with a url to this file and launch it from my phone to download the ringer.. Any help will be appreciated.

I think if you can convert to a MIDI file, you can visit the site from your phone browser and it will work.
