Free ringtones for my razzle phone (without txt/pic messaging?)?

I have a razzle phone but I cant receive pic messages, which I think would usally be a way they send you ringtones. I cant receive pic messages because its blocked by my parents. I know they wont unblock it so is there any way to get ringtones without it? I have a connecter that I can connect my phone to the computer but as far as I know its just to download music on it. I have a memory card…… idk if that helps?
