Ringtones Transfer Usb

How do I transfer my iTunes ringtones to my LG Rumor using only a USB?

I have Sprint’s LG Rumor. & I have songs downloaded to my iTunes that I have transfered to ring tones. My only problem is getting them from my computer to my phone using only a USB. Can someone please inform me of how to do this.. FREE?!

Go to Sprint’s web site and click the support tab. Then choose your phone & go to the tutorials. Then you click on the desired section for help which is music/songs. It will show you step by step on how to transfer iTunes ringtones or even other ringtones to your LG phone from USB cord.
