Ringtones Via Itunes

Okay, I want to take a song from iTunes and put it as a ring tone on my Cricket phone. Anyone know how?

I seem to have some difficulties finding ways to get ringtones to my phone… it’s a Cricket phone on a cricket plan (obviously) and I REALLY want some of my favorite songs as my ring tones… BUT… I CAN NOT get any to save my life. I know my uncle knows how to do all this, but he’s a little difficult to get ahold of these days. So can anyone tell me how I can take a song from my iTunes, or my music library in general and transfer it to my phone via USB cable? Your help is very much appreciated.
