How do I send ringtones to my phone without WAP, USB cord, or Bluetooth?

I want ringtones, but I don’t have a WAP brownser, a USB cord, or Bluetooth. How can I get ringtones?

If the ringtones are not locked, you can send them via MMS depending on the company that you have.
