3g2 video converter download freezing?

I downloaded this freez converter twice. each time my computer is freezing up. mabe i am doing this wrong. i clicked on the download now button, there was also a choice of secondary download mirror? (which i did not click on) so it showed a status bar and said it downloaded & put it on my desktop. (first i hit save file, then i hit run) so i closed the internet, clicked on the icon on my desktop, and it said “this will install freez converter” so i click yes, and nothing happens, then my computer freezes. i go to uninstall it in control panel, but it is not listed. all i want to do is download ringtones to my Sprint LG Rumor phone, and this is driving me crazy!!!! help!!!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!
