Can I download Myxer ringtones straight from my Epic 4g?

So I am about too get a Epic 4g from sprint but I am also in love with Myxer. Right now I have a Rumor 2 and whenever I want a song I just download it straight from my phone. I was just wondering if I got a Epic 4g if I could still use myxer.
Also I wanted to know if you could change the background on the Epic 4g to one of your personal pictures?
