did i get charged for thumplay?

i went to thumbplay and it said 25 free creidt ringtones so i pressed it typed in my hpone numebr adn downloaded 3 sogns. did i get cahrged for it? cause then afterwords it said the membership is 10 dollars a month

you have to pay $10 a month for it
when if you have like tmobile you can go to tzones and buy a song for $2.49 and it’s a one time fee
other companies have that too
