I have a Virgin Mobile top up phone and want to know how do download free ringtones, wallpapers, and games?

I have a UTStarcom SuperSlice phone. I have baught a ringtone and 2 games but I dont want to spend money if I don’t have to. My sister told me of a few sites but I can’t get it to work. When I try to download a ringtone on my phone, it brings me to a white page with the word object in a box and I can’t use anything buy my menu button. Then when I download a wallpaper it brings me to the image but again all I can do is use my menu button. I have to option to save or use. Is there anyone who knows how to go abouts getting this stuff for my phone or is it that I’m just not able to!
