please help me out.?

i have a usb cable, nextel phone, music saved on my computer by windows media player, usb driver mini cd, but i do not know how to add ringtones to my phone. i do not have a mp3 player on my phone. how do i add ringtones to my phone. tell all the details of getting or transferring the music to my phone to ringtones.
