no only through your cellphone, and i don’t know if you’ve noticed but when you buy them online they have to send them to your phone and they charge a dollar extra for that, instead what you should do is got to phonezoo.com, it’s a website that give you free ringtones you can upload whatever music is on your computer, then you choose which 20 seconds of the song you want as your ringtone then they send it to your phone as a text mssg. you’ll get charged for the txt mssg from vzw and the internet time you use while downloading it but that’s it.
