How to Install ringtones?

OK I need help installing ringtones on my phone. I Downloaded some but I can install them xD
Anyway my carrier is verizon my phone is a motorolla E815.

I hope you downloaded POLYPHONIC ring tones, because that is what your phone needs – and the only ones your phone is capable of playing. If your ring tones are in MP3 format, you can load them but they will not play. You would need to convert them. There is software available for that:

After you convert them on your computer, simply use a USB data cable and software (like Motorola Mobile Phone Tools) to transfer the files.
